Jairus (left) and Ian are the two young business partners of Pronic Foods, a company designed to help local farmers get proper market support for their products (mostly coffee and chicken). They are proud of their good practices such as fair trade giving more leverage to their partner farmers in Mindanao.


EJ Isada-Mariano, Daniel Lumain & Alex Fong (all early 20s)

Akaba Ltd. Design Co. is a start-up social enterprise that makes stylish travel bags and accessories made with different textiles from all over the country. A school project of friends, they reach out to local weaving communities for their bags with the hope that through their endeavor, they can also open good business opportunities to the weavers.


Rachel Halili (25) & Ayen dela Torre (25)

They are the duo behind “WTN: Where To Next?” who came up with travel planners using photographs they took during their vacations. The planners brought together a community of travelers who make it a point to visit and promote the beautiful tourist spots in the country and share it in WTN’s Facebook page to inspire other explorers.
